1. Service. We purchase the offering materials, perform the offering (burning) on your behalf, and record it. What we deliver is the recorded ceremony (a personal video) and access to it on this site.

2. No promised outcome. This is a memorial rite and documentation service. We make no promise or guarantee regarding any supernatural effect, income or result.

3. Order information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, address and date you provide. We are not liable for a mismatch caused by incorrect information, but you may correct it free of charge before the ceremony begins.

4. Account. Customers must register with a WhatsApp number (setting a password) before ordering. Orders and delivery videos are tied to that account and require signing in. Keep your password safe; losses caused by a leaked password are your own responsibility.

5. Payment. We accept USDT (TRC20) only. Please transfer the exact amount shown on the order, including the four decimals — otherwise it cannot be matched automatically.

6. Refunds. Full refund (returned in USDT) before the ceremony begins; no refund after it has begun. If we fail to perform the ceremony or deliver the video as agreed, you receive a full refund.

7. Video retention. The delivery video is kept for 90 days. We remind you before it expires; after that it is cleared automatically and no longer retained.

What we collect: your WhatsApp number, the order information about the deceased or pet, the address, and any photos. Used only to perform this service and deliver it to you.

How we use it: to perform the ceremony, deliver the video, notify you of order progress, and remind you before the video expires.

What we don't do: we never sell, trade or provide your personal information to third parties. Agents can only see the order amounts and commission related to their own referrals — never your contact details.

Photos: used only at the start of your video and to announce the offering, and kept together with the video until the retention period ends.

1. Commission. Orders generated through your personal link earn 10% of the amount the customer actually pays.

2. Attribution. Once a customer registers through your link, that account belongs to you permanently. Every order that account places afterwards counts for you, whether or not it carries a link. If a customer registers without any link, they are bound once to the link used on their first order, and never changed afterwards. Agents never take each other's customers.

3. Settlement. Commission becomes withdrawable 7 days after delivery with no dispute. Minimum withdrawal 20 USDT, paid in TRC20.

4. Self-purchase. Orders placed from the agent's own account earn no commission.

5. Payout address. You enter your own USDT address. We are not liable for funds lost through an incorrect address. A changed address takes effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.

6. Refund clawback. If an order is refunded, the related commission is void; if already withdrawn, it is deducted from future commission.

7. Prohibited. False advertising, promising supernatural effects, forging orders, or registering under someone else's identity. Violations lead to frozen commission and termination.

8. Single tier. We operate a single-tier commission only. There is no multi-level structure.
